Samsung Expands One UI 7 Update List to Include Older Galaxy Devices (2021 Models and Later)

Great news for Samsung fans! Samsung Singapore has shared an updated list of Galaxy devices that will receive the One UI 7 update, and it includes more models than we initially thought. While we already knew newer devices like the Galaxy S24, S23, Z Fold6, Z Flip6, and Tab S10 series would get the update, the list now goes all the way back to 2021 models.  

Here’s a simplified breakdown of the devices confirmed to receive One UI 7 (note: this isn’t the full list):  

Galaxy S Phones: 

• Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, and S24 FE  
• Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, and S23 FE  
• Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra  
• Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra, and S21 FE  

Galaxy Z Foldables:  

• Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6  
• Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5  
• Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4  
• Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3  

Galaxy Tablets:

• Galaxy Tab S10+, Tab S10 Ultra  
• Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, Tab S9 Ultra, Tab S9 FE, Tab S9 FE+  
• Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, Tab S8 Ultra  
• Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) – the 2022 model might also get it, but it’s not confirmed yet. The 2020 version won’t receive the update as it stopped at Android 13.  

Samsung’s press release also hints that many Galaxy A series phones will get the update, but the full list isn’t out yet.  

As for the rollout schedule, Samsung hasn’t shared exact dates for all devices. However, newer models will start receiving the update on April 7 in some regions, April 10 in others, and April 14 in places like Singapore.
